Manage Process Improvement Program for Corporate Client

Conducted a 'Manage Process Improvement' Program for the middle management staff of a Government-linked corporate client.

This course explored the need for a business process focus, the essential steps for process improvement, and the critical success factors for making the effort successful. It provided a practical framework for improving processes, process improvement concepts and techniques, and valuable tips on how to introduce process change into the organization and to get the most from one's process improvement effort.

Program Objectives

At the end of the course, participants achieved the following:

  • Develop an increased awareness on the needs and areas which process can be improved or enhanced aligned to meet business needs in a dynamic environment.
  • Be able to work with team and/or conduct analysis, measurement and/or re-design of business processes for process improvement.
  • Identify and apply a variety of process improvement tools and methodologies under the PSA GEM framework to effectively improve processes.
  • Operate within teams and within organisation to drive effective process improvements through adopting a systematic approach and common framework
